How Becca Regained Her Inner Strength - Client Spotlight

This is a moving Client Spotlight for me as I've watched Becca Culbertson reshape her life in our time together.

She has gone through a rapid transformation by digging in and doing the inner work.

I'm so proud of the work we've done together and I can't wait to see what's next for Becca.

What made you start coaching with Hannah?

I was in a toxic relationship that constantly led me drained, crying on the floor and unhappy. I felt disconnected from myself and often was going through the motions. I knew in my gut something wasn't right but I couldn't figure out how to move forward.

I felt stuck.

What were your boundaries like?

I would agree to things at work and socially that I didn't want to do because 'I should'. I had people pleasing and said yes even when it wasn't the right thing for me. I had poor boundary setting (or no boundary setting) at work in numerous environments where giving your entire self was the only way to get ahead and to get seen/promoted retained.

Can you share some significant transformations or breakthroughs you've experienced during your coaching journey?

After working with Hannah everything changed for me. I started to learn to trust myself, my gut and to stop seeking external validation. What actually makes me happy? What matters to me? Is this the right job for me? If not, what is keeping me in it? I learned that it's OK to say no and it's also empowering to do what I WANT without seeking external validation.

Can you provide an example of a specific moment or realization during your coaching journey that had a significant impact on your self-confidence and courage?

I wanted to take a solo trip to Africa. Numerous people made comments about how dangerous it was. The old me would have agreed but the new me was more connected with myself and I knew it was the only place I wanted to go.

So, I booked the trip. I had an amazing life experience. If I can trust myself to do something like a solo trip to Africa, what else is possible for me? I'm now here to find out :)

What advice would you give to someone considering working with Hannah?

Hannah has helped me regain my inner strength and my compass to navigate the next chapter in my life. I feel like I'm in the driver's seat and I'm not living my life for someone else's approval anymore. That alone is enough for me.
