Do you wonder if you’re enough?

You’ve got the promotion. The shiny job. The nice apartment.

Everyone says you’re killing it.

But something is eating away inside you. “This can’t be it,” you think.

Because you don’t feel like you’re killing it. You feel like it’s never enough. You’re working at an unsustainable pace, but you don’t know how to stop.

You’re not fulfilled in your job. You had yet another fight with your partner and you think you’re in a toxic relationship.

You feel like there’s always more that you could be doing. More that you could be achieving.

But you’re exhausted.

Hear From Clients

After our interactions I always felt elevated and energized, a clear sign that I was developing and exploring a new version of myself.

Hannah understands the business world very well, but brings additional perspectives in areas such as : emotional intelligence and self compassion, developing meaningful connections and executive branding.

You don’t have to hustle for your worthiness.

With the 1:1 coaching, we’ll go on a six month journey where you become more confident in yourself, your relationships and career without questioning your worthiness.

You can have a vibrant and energetic life. You can have high performance and a good relationship with yourself. You can have loving relationships where you’re nurtured rather than depleted.

But first, you have to do the work.

You have to ask yourself the hard questions of how you got here and what you’re willing to do to change.

That’s where I come in.

The Three Focus Areas

Self

We understand and befriend your harsh inner critic, teach you how to rest and recharge so you can become yourself, rather than who others want you to be. I’ll teach you how to listen to your needs and desires, rather than what you think you “should” be doing.

Relationships

We focus on stating your needs, how to set boundaries without feeling like a bitch, and discovering your non-negotiables in relationships and life.

Career

We define your purpose and find meaning in your work instead of staying in a job you hate just for the paycheck. You will feel whole, no matter what your performance at work.

How you will transform

WHERE YOU ARE NOW:

Nothing is ever good enough, no matter how much you achieve or how many promotions you get

You’re a shapeshifter and a chameleon and you need constant validation to feel okay

You don’t tell your partner or friends when they’ve hurt your feelings because you don’t want to sound like a bitch

You’re sick of being at war with yourself and the constant comparison with others

You wish you had better friendships and often feel lonely, but the thought makes you feel shame

WHERE WE WILL GO:

Understand and befriend your harsh inner critic, and soothe the parts of you that are causing you to judge yourself

Define your purpose and your passions to come back to who you truly are rather than who others want you to be

You’re nurtured and loved in relationships

You learn to value the things you like doing and become lit up by your passions

You have beautiful reciprocal relationships with people who put just as much in as you do

I know you because I was you.

My drug of choice was achievement.

When I worked in sales at LinkedIn, a director said to me, “not everyone wants to set the world on fire like you do.”

And I did want to set the world on fire. I wanted to be the best and I often was.

But this constant need for validation and achievement cost me.

In 2020, at the age of 30, I was diagnosed with severe burnout. I was told if I didn’t stop working, I may never be able to work again.

It was the wake-up call that told me I couldn’t keep living like this.

I couldn’t keep hustling for my worthiness, having my self-esteem depend on the size of deals that I closed.

So I started the change.

I worked with a coach and a therapist. I went back to school to get my Masters in Creative Writing.

I got my first short story published. I entered into a healthy relationship, after years of toxic relationship patterns.

I found meaning in my work though coaching high performers and helping them find confidence and self-esteem.

I worked on feeling whole.

I've worked with a few executive coaches and in my professional life, and Hannah is one that stands out. She brought tools, experience and best practices that helped me amplify my skills, connect with my values and uncover new sides of myself. After our interactions I always felt elevated and energized, a clear sign that I was developing and exploring a new version of myself. Hannah understands the business world very well, but brings additional perspectives in areas such as : emotional intelligence and self compassion, developing meaningful connections and executive branding.

Hannah has a really clear understanding of who I am as a person, whilst she has supported me with a lot of expert guidance that I previously did not have available to me. In my personal life, Hannah's coaching has given me a much deeper sense of my "why" and my values, whilst professionally our work together has enabled me to better plan for the long-term direction in which I want to take my career. Since working with Hannah, my results at work have seen significant improvement leading to a recent salary raise.

After working with Hannah everything changed for me. I started to learn to trust myself, my gut and to stop seeking external validation. What actually makes me happy? What matters to me? Does this job or person make me happy? If not, what is keeping me in it? I learned that it's OK to say no and it's also empowering to do what I WANT without seeking external validation.
Hannah has helped me regain my inner strength and my compass to navigate the next chapter in my life. I feel like I'm in the driver's seat and I'm not living my life for someone else's approval anymore. That alone is enough for me.

FAQs

  • Coaching differs from therapy because it’s action-oriented and geared toward accelerating the client forward versus looking backward. Coaching is about acceleration and therapy is about stabilization. You will work on specific skills each week and get “homework” assignments to practice these skills.

  • I don’t specifically focus on leadership development (though it will come as a byproduct of our work). I focus on working with high performers, whatever role they are in. I’ve coached Enterprise Account Managers, Managing Directors, Chief Strategy Officers, and Head of Investor Relations. Your job title doesn’t matter, though usually I coach senior ICs and upwards.

  • I’ve coached many entrepreneurs who want to “feel whole” and become more themselves. While I have 10+ years in corporate, I’m also an entrepreneur so understand the unique challenges founders go through.

  • Given the nature of a coaching,, you get out what you put in. This program is designed to accelerate you, but only if you show up and do the work. As such, there are no refunds.

  • Yes! My client base is 50/50 men and women. I’ve seen huge transformations with my male clients and I enjoy coaching all high performers who want to develop a stronger relationship with themselves.
